Sorry children, divers, or pets cannot be accommodated
The premises are for the exclusive use of paying guests only
Car parking space is allocated on the property.
The establishment is a 100% No Smoking.
Quiet please after 11 pm.

Bed and Breakfast reception time is after 4.30 pm, earlier in the winter. Guests are to depart by 10 am on their last day.

Self Catering reception time is after 3 pm Saturday. Guests are to vacate promptly by 10 am the following Saturday.

Behaviour

For the consideration of all of our guests we reserve the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behaviour of guests, who must take all steps for corrective action as requested by the proprietors. In the event of failure to comply with management requests, we may terminate the booking immediately regardless of time and without being liable for any refund or compensation.

Bookings

Bed & Breakfast
The deposit is 50% of the total tariff, and the balance paid during your stay.
Self Catering
The deposit is 50% of the total tariff. The balance is to be paid 28 days before arrival.
A minimum stay of seven nights is required, commencing Saturdays.

Payments can be transacted online, by phone using debit/credit card, or cash in Sterling.

Cancellation Insurance
To avoid misunderstandings, we wish to remind you that a reservation constitutes a legal contract. It is advisable that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover your payments.
If you have to cancel, for whatever reason, the deposit is forfeited.
The balance will also be due, unless the booking is re-let.
You must advise me of a cancellation immediately.

No Shows

You will be charged the full rate of the booking.

Loss & Damage

The guests will be responsible for making good any damage or loss to the property during their stay, whether caused wilfully or not.

Cleanliness

It is a condition of occupancy that the accommodation is left in a clean and orderly manner on your departure.

Non availability of the accommodation

Should circumstances arise beyond our control, preventing the accommodation being available, liability is only for remunerations of payments made.
